Day 90+++ Th th tha that thats all folks!!!!!!!

DONE - FINITO - TERMINO - OWARIMASHITA......you know what i mean.........




Just landed from 18 hours from Dallas via san fran post a weeks bizzo in the US...... IM PLEASED to say i finished on the 2nd day of the trip and didnt succumb to US food temptations.....well actually i had a belly full of buffalo wings at the san fran airport layover on way back and it instantly fired me up to get the rope out when the jet lag kicks in  later

HOW DO I SUM UP THE PCP EXPERIENCE? brilliant....

I'm in great shape, don't look to shabby and love the new eating habits ive picked up and will keep..... i no longer even look at the salt shaker!!!

Patrick you are a legend, Im pleased I managed to convince my brother and a few other good mates to join in too....... SO mate please hurry with the maintenance pack

Guess its true what they say....you are what you eat ..(THERE IS A GREAT JOKE THERE SOMEWHERE)...oh and I guess u are what u jump rope too

4 days to go.....

Suprsets!!t..... jeez these last exercises of the program are tuff......... finish line in sight tho

knee update...torn cruciate ligament...not sure if need surgery but miss not skipping in am..... cutting out the carbs to compensate

hate being unjured....not the programs fault....my own for over doing it

12 ish weeks down.......ONE TO GO!!

Its a long long roaddddddddddd .....with many a winding turn......... to who knows where....

or something like that


so. one more week to go. Or is it? not really.  im totally a converted man patrick. and will be sticking to some form of pcp maintenance permanently......Now ill more than likely have the odd swerve from the PCP highway but all of the food Ive eaten , exercise routines etc have been not a pain at all.

ONE piece of advice I will give to all the fresh PCPers is never overdue any exercise.... if u slip up one weekend, accidentally have a whole deep pan pizza fall into your mouth or u know get force fed 3 bottles of wine DO NOT try to make up for it by over exercising when u are "back on the PCP waggon. I did last week and attempted to skip off a bic mac set amongst other stuff and skipped for 35m and my right knee is still screwed from it.....do not make same mistake

anyways. one week to go....cutting carbs because of my lack of skipping but rest of exercises can do ..... save deep pistol squats

have been doing more abs ( EVRYONE GOOGLE 8 MINUTE ABS) to make up for lack of cardio.... always HATED ab workouts and now i have the sightings of them they are my fave exercise.

Day 73---

weekend biz trip to tokes..... definitely hard to stick to PCP ness there....but didnt do to badly.... considering...

double skip already this am and will be the same all week to make up for all the sushi/tom katsu i had.... too good not to go crazy........

Day 69 .....

well finishing line nearly in sight but to be honest Im very  relaxed....not really gagging to get the course over with..... I like the PCP way of life...i just need to find a slightly less strict way to carry all this good stuff on when Im done in 3 weeks.......

deff will keep the skipping up pre am which is nothing much to ask and clears my head pre work but will have to temper it with my training for the Ankor wat half marathon Im doing in early Dec......

Anyways.....saw my old gym trainer Lee for another body fat reading and its.......... 9.1% down from just under 2 weeks ago at 10.7  .....so Im pleased with that but think a bit much for me as my face looks like skeletor now...still i may give it one last shove to try and get an 8 handle on that number before I go easier

BODY FAT and all that

day 60 or there abouts....... 2/3 down



Well. 2/3 through and i thought on friday id go and get some stats done.

I have stepped on scales most am's - not sure quite why as almost for the last month my weight as been pegged to around 81-2 which suits me fine as i dont wanna venture sub 80.

 BUT one thing I havent done in yonks is get my BF % tested....not even at start of PCP.  Last time I had checked was by my trainer Lee at Jab gym, when i first moved to honkers in July 2010...having done tri's in asia for 4-5 years i was reasonably optimistic....

...I shouldnt have been ...measurements were an average of 7 areas of the body....i came up as 22.5% body fat with my belly 33%....which i believe is the same as a pork scratching .....well that was in July 2010

Friday after 2 months of PCP i was....DRUM ROLL.....10.7% overall, with the belly area 33% > 13%

have to say Im stoked and i still have one month to go

food / exercises all goo. love the program.,, looking fwd to the last month when exercise and food is ramped up and I can bulk up hopefully

Day 45....... "ooooohh OH we'rrre half way there......."


                                                                                                     .........and not living on a prayer. ...Living on Rabbitt food actually... TO BE FAIR thats an exaggeration... a massive one.                                                              The diet this 2nd mth - apparently ze most brutal- is actually very good .....once you get used to is....... if you are a herbivore.....with large ears, bucked teeth, a white tale and are often  kept as a family pet, and can mate on command.....                                                               ,.... Ok im being harsh. its not rabbit food, i have just found I have missed the evening meal alot - Our evening "dinner is apples, eggs and salad.... Yeah apples are good, egg whites are good, salad is good ....but usually apples are attached to pies and Ice cream, Salad is at best a side dish attached to a rather large steak, and his mate the chips, and Egg whites are usually attached to a yolk and end up scrambled and served wity maybe ham and a hash brown if you are lucky??                                                                              Enough whinging about the food. I am told protein picks up in final month (2 weeks) and that when will bulk out hopefully.                                                                  My weight is now 82 (-1k wow) and I really dont want it any less...  82 lighter than when   i used to do triathlons a few summers ago and my mother thought I looked malnourished then....any more and she will be sending me food parcels from UK with all sorted of Fox's biscuits, walkers crisps etc.... thats actually a good idea.  Anyways weight 82, abs feel firmer, other muscles look the same. I guess im getting stringer but legs ALWAYS feel tired                                   Gonna be strict as for the next few weeks - I had been slacking a bit eating more fruit in PMs for munchies but i guess that not the end of world really... will get my S__T more wired tight for the final half!!!                                                                                                         speak soon.. will try over next few days
